JR Pass vouchers are refundable, if the original vouchers are returned within one year from the issue date. Customers who have canceled their trip scheduled to depart between February 28 and May 31, 2020, and those who have purchased JR Pass before March 8, 2020, will be granted a full refund. In this case, we also ask you to submit confirmation of the flight reservation you were planning to use. For other customers, we will refund you the amount after deducting the 10% cancellation fee as usual.
