Do I have to create an account to complete a booking?
No. You can search and complete bookings on this site as often as you'd like without creating an account.
Do I need an email address in order to complete a booking?
We require that you provide an email address when completing a booking in order for us to send you a booking confirmation and other correspondence related to your purchase.
Can I book by phone?

Why are the different prices over the phone vs. online booking?
Our pricing for order placed on the phone are sometimes different than the pricing online. From time to time IACE TRAVEL announces special promotions. So it is possible that the fare that you were quoted online differs from the fare on phone booking, because the promotion fares sometimes cannot be stored on online booking system.
Is my credit card information safe?
Your credit card number can only be transmitted over the Internet if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Our online payment system PayPal, the global leader in online payments, uses SSLtechnology to keep your information safe. IACE TRAVEL doesn't keep or store your creidt card information. That's all handled by PayPal.
What credit cards can I use? Also, do you accept debit cards and checks?
We accept debit cards and credit cards online that are issued in the United States, Canada, Japan and South Korea so far. Checks of any type are not accepted. At the moment we accept only major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card. If you would like to pay by other types of International credit cards, please make a reservations by telephone.
How do I book an infant seated on an adult's lap?
Infants, under the age of 24 months, traveling internationally will be required to pay our handling charges, taxes and carry a paper ticket (depends on carriers) even though they are traveling on the adult's lap. Only one infant is allowed to travel as a lap child per adult. Please contact our Customer Service at 1 (877) 489-4223 for the booking and the details.
Am I able to assign seats for my flights?
You can only request window side or aisle side seating while booking and it will be sent this preference to the respective airline. However seat requests are not guaranteed and may vary from the one requested. If you prefer specific seat locations, you need contact the airlines with your reservation, or call us at 1 (877) 489-4223. Our service assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
About Mileage Infomation.
It is the customer's sole responsibility if his/her mileage information and the conditions are correct or not. Please contact the airline(s) to make sure the mileage information you have enterd are verifed or not before traveling.
I have not received my email confirmation after payment. What should I do?
Please make sure that the mail is not in your junk mail or spam folder. If still not, please give us a call at 1 (877)-489-4223, and our support agents will assist your booking. You can also check your itinerary at
here. Enter your reservation number and traveler's last name at the website for viewing your booking status and details.
Can I change or cancel a booking? In that case, will there be any fees?
It depends on airline copmany's rules and restrictions whether you can change/cancel the flights or not. Please know that most discounted tickets are non-refundable and therefore have restrictions regarding changes and/or cancellations. The condition will be shown in your Email confirmation after purchasing tickets, and also will be shown at flight availabilities' screen before purchasing tickets. If you are unable to locate the fare rules or the system is unable to display your fare rules, please contact our 24/7 customer support line 1 (877) 489-4223 to make sure your booking can be changed or can be canceled.
What is an E-ticket?
An e-ticket, also known as electronic ticketing, allows your entire travel experience to be easy, safe and electronic. Electronic tickets are electronic, which means no more paper tickets - your ticket is stored in IACE TRAVEL's resevation system and the airline's reservation system - waiting for you when you arrive at the airport. (*Domestic flights only. Any international travel, it is always advised to have a passport with you.)
Can I check in online and print a boarding pass?
If you have electronic tickets and the airline offers online check-in system, you can find your airline from
the list, or just go to the airline site to check in online and print a boarding pass, typically within 24 hours before your scheduled flight. Some airlines allow you to send your boarding pass directly to your mobile device for qualifying itineraries. Please note that some itineraries may only allow the boarding passes to be printed at the airport.
